Purposes and legal bases for the processing
For the execution of an agreement, it is necessary for Herli SAS to process and save your data. Under an agreement is meant; any kind of taking/receiving, and/or providing products, services, and performances. Herli SAS takes as a serious task to protect your data as well as possible to take responsibility for all the necessary, minimum required to take measures and ensure the protection of your data. By maximum efforts, sufficient technical and organizational measures to any prevent kind of loss and/or illegal use and processing of your data. Your data will only be processed and stored as long as there is a valid reason for this.
An agreement for the purchase or delivery of products, services and/or performances can technically not be implemented of performed without your data. Your data will only be used to execute an agreement, so it also happens that parts of your data are shared with external parties. Think of a logistics service provider to deliver your goods to you. A bank or other payment service to process financial transactions. An external service department which in case of service or repairs to, for example, trade goods must be able to carry out their task. All our cleaning products and disinfectants contain a batch number on the packaging, also called lot number. This number indicates a production number and in which year it was produced by us. We also know by this unique number which raw materials, from which producer and from which delivery date this is. To fulfill our legal obligations under REACH section CLP and for certificates Kiwa-ATA and Halal in which a so-called “Lot traceability” is required, we document until delivery to our customers where a batch number is located. Within this registration, a part of your data is saved along with the batch numbers of the products you received. This data is kept for at least 10 years to comply with the legal requirements. Where your data will be handled and stored
In case of a business agreement
Your data is processed and stored in our ERP system at disk space on the server of our IT administrator (a so-called “cloud” storage) this server is located in a certified and secure environment, being the server by the IT administrator of Herli SAS. The IT administrator uses 2 certified and highly secure data centers which are located in France. The encrypted data from a webshop account is kept in a secure environment by the hosting provider. This data will be stored until you request these data to be erased. Inactive accounts will be kept for up to 10 years. Data for direct marketing such as to send newsletters, special offers, and important notices are kept in a secure environment of a mailing service provider.
In case of use of our online services
When visitors visit our website or leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comment form and also the visitor’s IP address and the browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Data entered in contact form be used to request or notification to you, once you submit the contact form you are consenting to the disclosure of this data we process. You will need to provide permission to choose according to the options set out in the contact form.
When you leave a comment on our site, you can indicate whether your name, your email address and website may be stored in a cookie. We do this for your convenience so you don’t have to fill in this information for a new response. These cookies are valid for a year. If you have an account and you log in on the webshop, we store a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is thrown away as soon as you close your browser. When you change a message or publish, an additional cookie is stored by your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data and only the post ID of the article that you have edited. This cookie expired after one day.

You have the right to request the extraction of the data we have collected and processed at any time. You can request that this data be changed or removed.
